Easy to use and works greaat - Toast is perfect
We had our first 2 slice toaster as a wedding present in 1997 and it when it stopped working we wanted a new one from Kitchen Aid. We looked up online this new one and loved it. Our new toaster getting used 3 to 5 times a day. WE LOVE IT. My 3 kids find this so easy to use. Eggos anyone!

Awesome toaster
I am so happy with this toaster. The bagel setting toasts my morning bagel perfectly. The defrost setting toasts my husband’s waffles without scorching. It is also great for oversized artisan bread slices.
