PRODUCT GUARANTEES
We guarantee that KitchenAid® refrigerators of qualifying widths and styles will fit your existing cabinet cutout of compatible models. If not, claim within 30 days of delivery and you can receive up to $300 to professionally modify your cabinets’ height or width. The FIT System Limited Guarantee covers replacement installations in your existing cabinetry, excluding depth modifications.
Installations related to new home construction or remodeling are excluded under the FIT System Guarantee.
KitchenAid wants you to be satisfied with your new wall oven. We guarantee that your new qualifying KitchenAid® wall oven featuring the FIT System will fit into your existing cabinet cutout of a compatible width and configuration. If not, claim within 30 days of delivery and we will pay up to $300 toward professionally modifying your cabinet
Installations related to new home construction or remodeling are excluded under the FIT System Guarantee.
We guarantee that all new qualifying KitchenAid® 30" front control ranges featuring the FIT System will fit into your existing cutout of 30” (76 cm)W, 24” (61 cm)D and 36” (91.5 cm)H . If you are unsatisfied with the fit, claim within 30 days of delivery and we will provide up to $100 toward professionally altering the depth. Additionally, if your cutout depth is less than 24" (61 cm) and you discover uneven or slightly damaged countertop edges upon removal of the previous range, we will provide a set of three (3) 0.5"(1.3 cm) trim pieces to cover the gaps
Installations related to new home construction or remodeling are excluded under the FIT System Guarantee.
If you are unsatisfied with the AquaLift® Self-Cleaning technology, you have up to 90 days from delivery to return your qualifying KitchenAid® range to us. You can receive a full refund of the purchase price, including taxes (excludes finance, delivery and removal/installation costs).
CLAIMS PROCESS
Within 30 days of your eligible appliance being delivered, mail the following documents to this address:

- The completed and signed claim form.
- A copy of your sales receipt. It must be legible, dated between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 and clearly feature the delivery date.
- A photo of the oven model that is being replaced.
- A dated invoice or receipt from a professional installer or contractor. It must clearly state the cost to modify your existing cabinet.
Don’t forget:
- To retain a copy of all documents for your records.
- It will take 3-5 weeks from when the claim form is mailed to receive payment of validated claims.
- All claims must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date of the qualifying appliance.
Claims for all guarantees, excluding the FIT System Limited Guarantee, can be easily submitted by following these steps:
Within 30 days of the delivery of a qualifying appliance, complete the claim form and call 1-800-807-6777 to start the process. For AquaLift® Self-Cleaning Technology Limited Guarantee claims may be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
Mail the completed claim form along with a copy of the dated sales receipt. The owner will be contacted upon receipt by Whirlpool Canada to arrange for pick up.
Disconnect your appliance so that it’s ready for pick up.
Call Whirlpool Canada after the unit has been picked up.
The owner will receive payment in the form of a cheque 4-6 weeks after pickup.
