How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in and cancel your subscription. This info can be found under "My Subscriptions" under "My Account." Go to Owners Center
Having issues cancelling? Call our customer service team at 1 (800) 807-6777 and they will walk you through how to cancel your subscription online.
Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
Yes, you can change the timing of your subscription by going to your Account page and updating the frequency information under Subscriptions. Go to Owners Center
Can I temporarily pause my filter subscription without canceling?
Not at this time, but we are working on improvements.
When should I cancel to avoid further charges?
You may cancel your subscription any time before the Next Refill Date listed on your Account page under Subscriptions.
What happens if my credit card on file expires or gets declined?
In this case, your subscription will be paused for up to 30 days. During that time, you may update your credit card information through your account page as needed to continue your subscription. After the 30-day pause period, your subscription will be canceled if you do not provide a valid credit card.
What if my filter is out of stock when it's time to ship a replacement?
Your replacement filter will ship once stock is replenished, up to 29 days after the initial ship date. After 30 days, you will need to start a new subscription. In the event that your filter is discontinued, you may create a new subscription with the new replacement filter model.
What if I get a new refrigerator, change my address or want to switch my payment to a different card?
Your address and payment information can be changed by accessing your Account and navigating to the appropriate section.
If you would like to start receiving a different filter, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and start a new one.

Subscription Terms
Please read the following, which has important information about your subscription carefully. These terms are subject to change upon 30 days' notice and apply to all items in your subscription order.
Applicability
These terms and conditions apply between you (the “customer” or ""You"") and Whirlpool Canada LP (“Whirlpool” or ""Us)"" with respect to your purchase of a subscription through this kitchenaid.ca.
Subscription orders are strictly limited to customers who are residing in Canada, are at least 18 years of age, and are purchasing for personal, family or household use. No dealer orders or commercial orders will be accepted.
Ordering & Payment
We accept payment by way of VISA and MasterCard credit card only. We do not accept any other form of payment, including without limitation, prepaid cards, cheques or money orders. For your security, the billing name and address on your credit card must match that of the information you submit. If the information provided does not match, your order may be delayed in processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not adhere to these criteria. Whirlpool is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for all provinces.
You authorize us to automatically charge your default payment card at then-current prices for your subscription orders. We will send you an email before each order with order details and the amount you will be charged. We will continue placing your subscription orders and charging your payment card until you cancel, or your subscription is cancelled by Whirlpool as permitted pursuant to these terms.
Item prices are subject to change. The price you paid for your first order is not guaranteed for future subscription orders, which will be charged at the current price at the time your order is processed.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
You will receive automatic notification of your order 30 days prior to shipping.
Your subscription orders will continue until you cancel or change them, or are cancelled by Whirlpool as permitted pursuant to these terms. You can view and manage your subscription, including to cancel or change the frequency of your subscription order, by visiting the My Account section of this website. The My Account section also indicates the date by which you must submit changes or cancellations — after that date, changes will not affect orders in progress, but will apply to later orders.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription or part of a subscription for any reason, including product availability, pricing discrepancy, or errors.
Discounts
We may offer promotional discounts for subscriptions. Some discounts may apply to your initial product as well as automatic refills, but review offer terms to determine whether a discount applies only for an introductory period (such as the first filter only). Unless otherwise indicated, discounts are taken off the regular sale price excluding taxes and shipping. Unless otherwise indicated, discounts shown on this site are available only for new subscription orders placed on this site. All discounts are subject to change at any time without notice, including while your subscription is active.
Shipping
Shipments will take place through courier service. Delivery typically takes place within 4-10 business days, however can take longer in less serviced areas.
Shipment and delivery days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. We do not make Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Subscription programs include standard free shipping.

Governing Law
Any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the laws of Canada having application therein. Customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal or provincial courts of the Province of Ontario for any disputes, claims or causes of action involving this internet Website or this agreement.
- everydrop® water filters are independently certified for look and taste, health effects and emerging contaminants. While some filters do not qualify for all contaminant categories listed, everydrop® filters 1-5 do. Contaminants reduced by this water filter are not necessarily in all users’ water. Filters are tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53, and 401 for the reduction of the specific contaminants listed on each filter’s Performance Data Sheet, which are available at everydropwater.com.
- Certified by NSF International to remove 99% of lead at pH level 6.5. Reduction may vary based on your water’s pH level. Contaminants reduced by this water filter are not necessarily in all users’ water.
