Cappuccino
Ingredients
- 2 oz. (1⁄4 cup) milk
- 1 shot espresso
- Cocoa or cinnamon powder – to taste
Instructions
- Froth the milk into a “microfoam” that is nearly double the volume of the original milk, using the steam wand.
- Prepare the shot of Espresso in your favorite cappuccino cup.
- Pour the frothed milk into the center of the Espresso shot, topping with foam.
- Add a sprinkle of cocoa or cinnamon powder according to taste and serve.
Tip : For a dairy-free option, use oat milk.
Pro Tip :
For a Vanilla Bean Cappuccino, add 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla bean paste (or extract) and sugar to milk before frothing.
