Cappuccino

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (1⁄4 cup) milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • Cocoa or cinnamon powder – to taste

Instructions

  1. Froth the milk into a “microfoam” that is nearly double the volume of the original milk, using the steam wand.
  2. Prepare the shot of Espresso in your favorite cappuccino cup.
  3. Pour the frothed milk into the center of the Espresso shot, topping with foam.
  4. Add a sprinkle of cocoa or cinnamon powder according to taste and serve.

Tip : For a dairy-free option, use oat milk.

Pro Tip :


For a Vanilla Bean Cappuccino, add 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla bean paste (or extract) and sugar to milk before frothing.
