Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (1⁄4 cup) milk
  • 2 shots espresso

Instructions

  1. Prepare the double shot of Espresso in your favorite cup.
  2. Steam the milk, using the steam wand.
  3. Pour milk into espresso, holding back any foam with a spoon.
  4. After milk is in the cup, top with a small amount of foam.

Pro Tip :


For a Honey Bee Cortado, add 1 tsp. vanilla syrup and 1 tsp. honey to your espresso before adding the steamed milk.
