HOW TO USE A KITCHENAID® VEGETABLE SHEET CUTTER

STEP 1: CONNECT THE ATTACHMENT TO THE STAND MIXER POWER HUB

Depending on your stand mixer, you may need to flip the power hub cover open or turn a knob to access it. You should consult your use and care guide for specific instructions regarding your model's power hub style. After opening the hub cover, insert the attachment into the power hub. Once the pin on the shaft reaches the correct position, it will slip into place. Once the attachment is in place, tighten the knob until it is completely secured to your stand mixer.


STEP 2: MOVE THE BLADE CARRIER INTO THE LOCKED POSITION

STEP 3: TRIM PRODUCE AND INSERT FOOD HOLDER

Put the food holder and produce onto the main body of the attachment, then twist clockwise to lock it in place. As you insert the food skewer into the attachment, ensure that it is centered in your fruit or vegetable.


STEP 5: SELECT AND INSERT THE BLADE
