Amazing Customer Service
My Carafe broke last week then I saw that was out of stock.. I spoke with Kitchenaid and they setup an exchange for my coffeemaker and sent me a brand new one with a prepaid shipping label, and I just needed to send back my other one. They said that I would be receiving around 7-10 business day and within two business days and I already received. Thank you so much Kitchenaid for your amazing service. I'm very happy with the service and products.

Wow amazing customer service!
I bought this coffeemaker back in April, and unfortunately the carafe broke just a few days ago! So I set out to find a replacement, and seen on here that they were out of stock, and have been for some time! SO, I gave Kitchenaid a call, and they were AMAZING! They setup an exchange for my coffeemaker and sent me a brand new one along with a prepaid shipping label, and I just needed to send back my other one! So so pleased with the customer service I got! And quick!! Received the new coffeemaker within 2 days, while they said it may be 7-10 business days! Bravo Kitchenaid! I feel like sometimes people don’t get the recognition they deserve, so thank you!!

COFFEE CARAFE REPLACEMENT
My coffee carafe broke. The conversation with the Kitchenaid rep was very frustrating. He was sarcastic at times And he couldn’t help me only stated what I already knew, that the replacement carafe was out of stock, warranty details (which I didn’t need) and other useless information. I asked him about Kitchenaid replacing the whole coffee maker in this case, as the reviews below stated. At that point the line went dead and he didn’t call me back even though he had my call back number.
Unfortunate because previous inquiries were handled well .

Unable to purchase glass replacement coffee pot
I have 2 Kitchenaid coffee makers but cannot buy a replacement glass carafe.

Terribly Disappointed - Not worth buying
Like others have mentioned...We’ve bought a KCM1208 for several months and LOVED it... except when we needed a replacement carafe... and like so many others we can’t find a replacement carafe anywhere.... This is very disappointing. As someone else said, it’s difficult to recommend a product that you are not able to find a replacement part...
