Rated 5 out of 5 by LJNeault from Love It I love this burr grinder. I moved up from another professional model that worked fine but was just loud and messy. I love the vintage design of this model and how well built it seems to be. It is nice and quiet while grinding and does a good consistent job. It does say it includes a scoop and a brush for cleaning, however I did not find any brush in the box, just the scoop but I am sure any good brush should work. I would like to see a larger capacity hopper as it does not hold a lot, and the glass beeker needs to sit on some sort of rubberized ring and not the hard plastic ring currently used as I find the vibration from the grinder makes the beaker vibrate away from its spot and the ground coffee spills if you are not watching it. My impression otherwise is this grinder will last for may years and is well with the money spent.

I really appreciate how I can control the grind, and it offers the different settings. I love this double glass so I can see what I am grinding from one end to the next. Kitchenaid is an innovator of many products! My husband jokes that if Kitchenaid made homes I would buy one because we have so many Kitchenaid products in our home.. lol but I have to admit you get sound quality, that has a great reputation, a product that will last years and not days, excellent customer service and a piece of mind with whatever product you use that has Kitchenaid's name attached to it!

I'am fussy about my coffee had i known about this I would have had one a long time ago. We have many KitchenAid products and they are all great products. I would not hesitate to buy any of there products. LOVE Them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jennifer22 from Works Great! I bought this a year ago from London Drugs on sale. I am very pleased with the grinder. It has worked great and I have had no issues except we broke the glass bowl. It was thin glass and I pretty sure that was going to happen. Now I use a plastic bowl and it works fine. This machine is great for grinding larger batches which is what I wanted. Costs me about 20 cents for a good cup of coffee.

Super happy with this product the only thing I suggest for KitchenAid is to supply a lid for the glass container the grounds go into. Well worth the purchase. And most importantly it's not as noisy as other grinders that I've had.
