It gives the dough a much smoother texture that I otherwise wouldn't be able to do. I'm hoping it can keep up for a long time!

The Kitchenaid Aritisan Series Stand Mixer has a large capacity bowl and the 3 basic attachments cover all mixing requirements. It is super simple to use and a classic design that endures through the decades.
