Rated 4 out of 5 by Baking more! from Meets the challenge! Very happy with my new Kitchenaid mixer. The various speeds make it easy to control mixing delicate cakes through to those bulky cookie doughs! The one thing I was disappointed in is that the on-line description indicated a storage bag, but customer service (a lady who very argumentative until she saw what was in the on-line description) informed me it does not come with one. So the brown shipping box is where it is stored. The manual also looked rather aged and yellowed (picture attached), so not so sure what is happening here. At least I love the unit and it has been an asset in the kitchen!

I love the product - very handy however the only thing is that u have to be really careful, the attachments sometimes would come off when in use. U r able to put them in place and get the job done. I guess that is the only thing I don’t like otherwise would definitely recommend the mixer

The description indicates a storage bag is included; it is not - apparently they don't supply them anymore and were non-apologetic about the mistake on the website. Then I was charged the invoice amount, then an additional $5, which after 4 inquiries (one with a very nasty guy named Shawn) I was told it was a "test charge" which would not post to my account (but it did). After 2 hours of this, still nothing is resolved - inquiry #5? This has soured my 25+ year relationship with KA and I'll buy a Cuisinart the next time.
