For many North Americans the idea of a rice cooker might seem pointless, but you probably have never had rice that's been cooked properly before! This KitchenAid is fantastic in that it eliminates the need to calculate ratios of water to rice, simply place the rice in the pot and it weighs it, then adds the exact amount of water required to cook it perfectly every single time. I love this thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ChuBackah from Perfect Rice EVERY TIME I first thought this might be a luxury item that I didn't need but I can honestly say this thing is awesome. I used to have challenges with sticky mess of rice making it in my instapot or in a pot on the stove-- I finally gave up thinking I could master it and got this rice cooker and I'm so glad I did. It makes perfect rice, EVERY TIME. No joke, it's awesome, it's speedy, and very easy for clean up. Well done Kitchenaid for again being a brand that is reliable. My reward to you was buying a stand mixer and an immersion battery operated blender! LOL. I when ham on Kitchenaid updates. All are awesome.
