It was fine for a while but after making bread a few times, the bowl base would fly out, even using the lower speeds, as recommended. If there is a better option for heavier doughs, I’d be interested to hear about it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Sherryla128 from Bowl comes loose out with bread dough As others have mentioned, the bowl doesn’t hold up to heavier doughs, even at low speeds. It comes loose and flies out. It works well for other tasks. Since I bake bread regularly, this is disappointing.

I thought I was the o lay one having this issue but the bowl just does not lock in place enough to make a simple dough, the one thing I was most excited to make with it. I’m not sure if it’s me doing something wrong but I was under the impression that this appliance could help me mix the perfect doughs and I’m so disappointed with my luck so far, having the bowl fly off while mixing scares me for the life of this machine.
