Rated 3 out of 5 by VietBinh from The quality of wire steel I got one from KitchenAid but it is not shine, I don't know what kind of metal is it? It's not a stainless steel, I thought. Does the wire whip comes with the stand mixer KitchenAid Professional 5™ Plus Series and this one are same quality?

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Leaves black residue in food If I could rate this product a zero I would. Used this product a few times when I noticed black streaks in whipped cream. I have never washed this product in the dishwasher. Contacted customer service said “It sounds like they have oxidized. The residue is not toxic but we understand it is not pretty. You can address this in one of two ways. You can clean your current beaters with a product called Bar Keepers Friend and that will remove the oxidation and allow the beaters to be used but this will have to done before every use. The other option is to completely replace the affected beaters.” Purchasing new beaters that will oxidize or using Bar Keepers Friend each time you want to bake are not effective solutions. This is an expensive machine that has corrosive defective beaters.
