Rated 5 out of 5 by Weim Mom from LOVE it My grandma taught me to make noodles, but even they weren't as thin, even, tasty and easy as these are. I absolutely love it and look for times to use it. Easy to maintain and simple to use. Just start with a nice stiff dough and in minutes, you'll be in business. I highly recommend the kitchenaid drying dry too. It made life easier.

I was looking for the Lasagnette cutter and Spaghetti cutter. To my surprise you cannot order these individually. My priority is the Lasagnette cutter but it is only available in KSMPCA with a Capellini cutter, which I already have from my initial purchase. This was very disappointing, especially after investing so much in the machine and numerous attachments. I’d like to propose a win win solution. I would purchase the package KSMPCA which would include the Lasagnette cutter and the SPAGHETTI cutter (in place of the Capellini cutter) . at $154.99. I hope you look favourably at my proposal. Tony
