It takes no time to shred cheese or veggies and I have found it’s helped me to be more thrift with the foods I have in house. If I have an abundance of something that I won’t be able to use before it goes off, I shred and freeze it. Clean up is a breeze. We were concerned that clean up might be cumbersome, but it’s been the opposite. All the attachments and the housing are super easy to clean. We are more than happy with this attachment.
