I bake alot especially during the Christmas holidays however this year I have been plagued by intense shoulder pain. So much s o that the pain keeps me up at nite . My mixer has definitely been my lifesaver. It does the majority of the work and it looks beautiful on my counter. I love the slower than slow capabilities so that flour doesn't spew all over the place. I also like that the arm picks up the bowl so i'm not fighting trying to loosen up the bowl. My fave has to be the amount I can mix up at one interval. I usually do a double batch and still have room! Love love love!

I have always had Kitchen Aid products and loved every one I recently just purchased a new kitchen aid 7Qt cause my ex husband decided to sell my machine behind my back and so yes I'm loving my new machine and whipping up breads,cookies,and other goodies for the holliday's to share with others .

It is quieter than I expected and handled the tortilla dough I made easily. I cannot wait to start my Christmas baking. I made a mat for mine out of polar fleece, so it’s easy to move around on my counter, but it is also not too heavy to lift. I love the flex edge paddle, and the dough hook worked so well. My Artisan was amazing, but this one is so much better.
