I can also use my old lesser model smaller bowl and attachments, thank you. Powers through 4 loaves of bread. Big batch Pizza dough. So if it lasts 10-20 years I’ll be even happier. So for now I’m glad that I made the big purchase.

It allows us to use Larger recipes to get the Job Done. The scoop for adding flour etc. Is Awkward and Dosen't stick out far enough for adding goods. We're having to open the Safety Cage to Add Products ....BBB
