I love the classic look of it and how efficient it is at whipping soft peaks in homemade whip cream to churning dough for bread. I had an issue with one of the paddles and the company promo replaced it for me. I argued with my husband saying that I didn’t need one but I am very glad that he didn’t listen to me and bought me one for my birthday!

I can use it to make 2 large loaves of bread and the mixer can handle it. The red colour is attentive on the counter with the red Kitchen Aid toaster. Very happy with my purchase.

The slicer/shredder attachment is really a game changer - especially when we need to shred mozzarella for pizza nights.
