Enjoying my kitchenaid mixer thoroughly as it effectively kneads my gluten free doughs for the 10 minutes thats otherwise hard on my hands. It gives the dough a much smoother texture that I otherwise wouldn't be able to do. I'm hoping it can keep up for a long time!
