Makes things easier!
I got this mixer set for Christmas and it’s made baking 1000% easier. I’ve made cookies, pizza dough, cheesecake, and whipped cream with it so far, which have turned out well. I think my only negative remark would be that the paddle bounces with thicker doughs and I do see this potentially being a problem as it ages with wear and tear.

Quicker but has it’s flaws.
Does the job quickly. My one complaint is that there are unmixed areas where the tools don’t reach, and I have to mix them in by hand. Which kid of defeats the purpose of the mixer in my opinion. It actually ruined a recipe I made before I discovered this.

I love my KitchenAid stand mixer, but it is not as powerful as I hoped. It is also hard, even on the lowest speed, to keep the dry flour from flying out of the bowl.

Beautiful kitchen accessory!
I bought this at Black Friday and have used it a handful of times since. It definitely does the job, especially with the addition of the silicone scraper on the side of the beater! One of my issues with my old machine was having to stop and start so often to scrap the side of the bowl. The pastry cutter is AWESOME! I love this accessory and I’m so happy to have it. I’ve tried some heavier doughs and I’ve noticed the machine heats up quite a bit and seems to slow when I have. If you plan to make heavier doughs often, I’d recommend going for something with more power, otherwise this is a great all around machine for many purposes!

Life long kitchen-aid stand mixer fan
I love my new stand mixer- it is replacing one that I have had for 25 years. The spring on the paddle attachment has broken, so the attachments are very loose. I need to see if I can get it fixed. Otherwise I am a big fan of kitchenaid products and all the mixer attachments.

my stand is okay. Mixer was a bit hard for the dough hook attachment to detached it from the machine for some reason took me over 2 days to get the dough hook off of it just make sure it’s oiled for when using because that can be very hard some times especially if dough gets hard around the hook part. .

Horrible Shipping and Customer Service
This review is about the shipping and customer service I have recieved, I can't comment on the mixer as I haven't recieved it yet. According to the tracking info, the mixer appears to have sat in the wharehouse from Dec 5 to Dec 16. The expected delivery date was still Dec 19, so I wasn't too worried. However the 19th came and went and nothing arrived. I eventually contacted Kitchen Aid customer service and they blamed it on the postal strike, however that's not my problem. If they are using a courier for an order made three weeks before Christmas, they should be able to gaurantee delivery for Christmas. If I had ordered it on Dec 16 I wouldn't expect delivery before Christmas, but that's not the case here. So instead of surprising my Mom with a great Christmas present, she got a picture of it. Next time I'll order from another online retailer to ensure delivery on time.

Works well
I received my stand mixer for Christmas, I am very happy with it so far. I am using it mainly for making brad and pasta. A few other things as well. It sure makes it easier to knead the dough as well as the powered pasta roller. As I said very happy with it. There was a small piece missing (easy snap tab) when I opened the box. I called the number and explained the issue and they sent the whole pour shield not just the tab that was missing. I received it in three days. I'm very happy with the service as well
