Rated 5 out of 5 by joolsca from Tough, strong mini in matte white I wanted a kitchen aid mixer forever but they're big and expensive and I have a tiny condo kitchen...finally found a matte white mini and it's just perfect for me. I've only done bread, cake and homemade pasta with the attachments so far. I had to lower the part that the paddles attach to with a screwdriver (do people know you can easily do that?) so the batter at the bottom of the bowl could be incorporated. I love this mini so much and it fits on my counter perfectly.
