Rated 1 out of 5 by Andriy from Style over function Awful product. You’d think something you’re supposed cook on would have some mechanic to deal with being wet. Nope. Get the area near the controls even mildly moist and the whole thing is beeping, changing settings and freaking out. I’d love to be in the room with the engineer who thought of this bright idea. Overengineered just for the sake of it. All of this avoided with tactile buttons. I hate this design and everything about it. Awful to clean and awful to cook on. But don’t worry! At least it looks sleek while it’s making you miserable!

The price quoted for repair was $800, so there is no way that I am paying for a repair, I will purchase a different brand. This is the 3rd Kitchenaid appliance that has been an issue. Dishwasher needed to be replaced, fridge has needed to be repaired 4 times. I would never buy Kitchenaid again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from poor part quality and customer service We replaced the circuit board of a induction cooktop on August 2021 for $1000, and only after year and half, the circuit board stops working again. Plus we are out of Canada for 8 month during this 1.5 years so we only used it for 8 months and the same issue occurs. Reached out to the customer service, they don't want to help at all. WILL NOT buy this brand anymore!

Number 3 is on order So frustrating when you have family staying with us for a week Makes cooking difficult BTW we have only been in the house a week since this all started Not Impressed

Rated 1 out of 5 by Frustrate from Neverr worked I bought this stove top a year ago, but could not install until the kitchen reno was completed this spring. When it was professionally installed, it flashed and quit. We have had the Whirlpool repair worker out, and he diganosed the problem. Since May, we have been awaiting the part from Whirlpool. I am at my wits end!
