Three-Level Convertible Grates

with removable inserts match the heat to your technique. Leave the insert level for high-heat searing and sautéing, flip it over to lift your pan above the flame to simmer and melt or remove it to nestle a round-bottom wok in the flame for stir-fry.

Had it in a year now and she loves it. turns out i was right...I know some like pros and cons so, here you go. Pros- heats things fast and the flat surface is great, the simmer burner is cute but i rarely use it because the big ones have the two settings and imo go lower. the wok rings are really helpful and it is easy to clean. Now, the cons - one of the rubber feet on the grates came off almost instantly and doesnt go back on, but it hasnt been an issue, and one of the wok rings has cracked. I would like to replace that, but again its not a big deal I've just moved it off my favorite burner. I did look at the Wolf, but thats a lot of money for red knobs....

Despite “comes with” conversion kit ( from natural gas to propane) it took supplier, and installer and then service agency 5 months and five separate alternate sets of jets, to finally make it work. My wife cooked everything pn a single burner hotplate, for 5 months in our new kitchen. Finally, last week the fifth set of jets arrived, service guy installed them. The stovetop is great, best unit we have ever owned.
