Works well We bought this microwave about 2 months ago to replace an older unit which still worked well but the stainless steel door cover was falling off due to a broken plastic srew base that was not repairable (poor quality construction marterials). Having to buy a new oven because the door cover cannot be fixed is a very expensive solution. It works very well, as is expected. The only complaint so far is that the alarm signal indicating that cooking has completed is so faint that it can hardly be heard even if you are standing beside it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jhedekar from So handy We purchased this oven about a month ago. I didn’t want a microwave but with teenage boys it’s a must. I did want an easy way to heat up food with out turning on my oven for a small tray of nachos etc. This fits the bill! The convection oven works great. Even as a warming oven it is convenient and easy to use. The crip feature makes left over pizza warm and crispy. I haven’t tried it with fries yet but I’m sure it will work great. We did use it for pie but need to tweak that one a bit. I haven’t used the steam feature as I don’t like using the microwave for actual cooking. So far I am really happy with the purchase. Only down side is if you use the convention oven you can not use the microwave until it cools down. I understand why. Just something I didn’t think of. Overall happy I spent the extra dollars and got this.

Once in a while when I turn on the microwave function the turntable doesn’t spin and it doesn’t seem to heat up, but when I cancel and try again it’s completely fine. Lately the tone indicating completion of cooking doesn’t sound. All other tones work so I have to check that the timer has run down to confirm that cooking is complete. Not sure if this can be fixed!?

Can’t say how good it is Data shows as follows: KitchenAid microwave 27” built in microwave Weight: 39916096 kg = ‭87,999,928.2174874326 lb‬ Size: 6858 cm = ‭2,700‬ inches/225 ft The KitchenAid products are better than the data they present, but such attention to detail makes one wonder.
