Rated 2 out of 5 by jonny five from ordered propane; got natural gas model Had to get my local gas fitter to change from natural gas to propane and pay for out of my pocket as your service people didn't want to come out here and do. Still NOT right as pots get blackened with flame. Slide out oven rack does NOT work on the bottom setting. Hits the oven door when pulling out. Still waiting for service!

The first cracked within the 1 year warranty period and was replaced at no charge. The second happened at about 18 months and even though we spent a lot of money on the Certified Care extended warranty, it was not covered! I urge you to read the extensive Terms & Conditions prior to purchasing the extended warranty through KitchenAid. Section 13(e) indicates that "non-functional parts" are not covered and KitchenAid has a very broad understanding of what constitutes non-functioning! I don't know how you're supposed to use the cooktop without the grates to hold up your pots and pans!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed and angry from Unbelievable ripoff DO NOT PURCHASE!!! We purchased the previous version of this product 3 years ago. The large oven no longer works and according to Whirpool (owners of the Kitchenaid brand) REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Whirlpool service provided a part number and that’s all. Zero service. Zero help. After 3 years we are left with a very expensive piece of junk. (Zero stars is too high but 1 is the lowest available)
