Three-Level Convertible Grates

with removable inserts match the heat to your technique. Leave the insert level for high-heat searing and sautéing, flip it over to lift your pan above the flame to simmer and melt or remove it to nestle a round-bottom wok in the flame for stir-fry.

KitchenAid® Handle Medallion Kit (sold separately)

lets you change the color of your commercial-style range handle medallions to add a custom accent. Available in Silver, Dark Blue, Bronze, Black, Copper, Red, New Gold, and Mascarpone. Each kit includes two medallions and a 1/8" hex allen wrench for easy replacement (sold separately)

Don’t know if they have child safety options for toddlers but still love it

Also the steel is hard to clean I already have burn marks on it from a few weeks of use that I can't get out. But it's an incredible machine.

The only thing I would say is that in the manual it does not list the temperatures for proof and warming. Also there is no way I have found yet to connect to our Alexa smart home system. I understand this is available in the US but not in Canada. Been waiting patiently for over a year now and I was told it is coming. So is our second Christmas with it.
