Rated 5 out of 5 by Sal60 from Perfect Roast Chicken I was committed to gas cooking…and when it came time to replace my oven, I explored induction and was drawn to it for environment reasons. I’m sold on it, have found the stovetop as responsive, similar to gas in terms of control. The acid test for me is roast chicken. It was perfect and uniformly brown in my new oven. I’m looking forward to Christmas baking!

The oven is so quiet that I have to keep checking it is on. Because the oven is bigger, I was afraid it would take longer to heat, but it doesn't. The induction burners are hotter than my previous induction range even though their rating is less, Very pleased!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by kar628 from Induction Stove Top, My Favourite This is my second KitchenAid Induction stove. Love the clean lines, the lack of heat from burners other than just under the pan. No increase in heat to the area around the stove. Simple cleaning of the service as the only part that is hot is right under the pot so a spill outside that area doesn't get baked on.
